Recycled oatmeal container Castle
Create a small castle tower for your toddlers to play with out of an oatmeal container and some paper! This is a really easy one to do. Just take a sheet of construction paper, any color you want, and cut it so that when wrapped around it is about an inch and a half taller than the container. Then cut inch squares out of the top so that you leave a square and then cut a square. Then all you need to do is tape/glue the construction paper around the oatmeal container and draw on some bricks/stones and some windows/wooden doors.
Then let your toddlers have some fun putting some little people on the castle tower! You can even make two of these and put with a box inbetween to make a full castle.
this is such a cute idea. my daughter is 7 but she loves princesses and she loves castles! I thinkshe would like to do this.
This is such a cute idea! And we just happen to have an empty oatmeal container floating around. Today, it’s a drum; tomorrow…a castle! :)
