 The
Modern Toddler
We recognize the fact that the toddler of today isn't
the same as 50 years ago. With computers, digital
cameras, and internet access in most homes today and
craft stores on every corner, the modern toddler is
surrounded by new things that weren't available way back
when. These new products and inventions allow toddlers
to be creative and to explore and learn at new levels.
The modern toddler has the opportunity to mix the
crafty, "techy" supplies of today with the traditional
ones of the past.
The Importance of Play and Interaction with Parents
Just because technology is more
advanced today we don't believe that it should be a
substitute for human interaction. Children learn from
playing and interaction with their parents. This is very
important for their development. ToddlerToddler
activities combine the old with the new, while stressing
parent participation. The more fun you are having the
more fun your toddler will have and the more he /she
will learn.

This site is dedicated to providing a daily resource for
interesting free toddler activities. The
activities that you will find on this site are not your
ordinary toddler activities. Some may require a
computer, internet access, printer, digital camera,
current craft supplies and your own creativity, as well
as ordinary household items. We'll still use some of
that traditional construction paper, but we’ll also add
some new supplies to the list. 
Please use these toddler
activities at your own discretion and always supervise
your child.
